We're seeking experienced Remote Trainers to deliver engaging virtual training and webinar sessions for AgilePM (Agile Project Management) certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars for AgilePM certification programmes
• Conduct training across Foundation and Practitioner certification levels
• Cover core AgilePM concepts including philosophy, lifecycle, products, roles, and techniques
• Facilitate engaging online learning experiences using Microsoft Teams and other virtual platforms
• Provide practical, real-world agile project management examples to enhance theoretical knowledge
• Respond to learner queries and provide expert guidance throughout training sessions
• Prepare learners for AgilePM certification examinations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of APMG International certification requirements and agile best practices

Essential Requirements

• AgilePM certification (minimum Practitioner level required)
• Minimum 3 years of practical Agile Project Management experience
• Proven experience delivering virtual training, webinars, or online instruction
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, methodologies, and techniques (Scrum, DSDM, etc.)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Experience with virtual learning platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx)

Desirable Skills

• APMG accredited trainer certification or Train the Trainer qualification
• Multiple agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile)
• Experience preparing candidates for professional certification examinations
• Experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Real-world experience leading agile transformation or agile delivery teams
• Knowledge of related project management frameworks
