Riviera Travel is embarking on a major transformation of our core Reservations Platform, one of the most critical systems in our award‑winning tour operator business. To support this journey, we’re looking for a Data Migration & Reporting Lead to take ownership of the full data and reporting workstream, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform with zero loss of integrity, continuity, or insight.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of data at Riviera, working at the heart of a modernisation programme while collaborating closely with our Data Engineering, Technology, and Business teams.
About the role
You will lead the end‑to‑end design and execution of the data migration and reporting strategy for the Reservations Platform replacement. Your role is to deliver a phased, controlled transition that protects data quality, maintains reporting continuity, and supports business critical MI throughout the migration.
You’ll also work in parallel with our Data Platform Transformation Programme identifying interdependencies, aligning data models, and ensuring reuse of data assets and ETL services wherever possible.
This role is central to Riviera’s operational success during the transition and will suit someone who thrives in complex, multi system environments.
