Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help us enhance our customer experience across all our client sectors. You will transform complex data sets into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify customer behavior patterns and pain points
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Create SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
• Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Monitor and track key customer experience metrics and KPIs
• Provide insights that inform product development and customer service improvements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered data analysis tools
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts for predictive analytics
• Knowledge of AI tools currently used in data analysis, including:
• Tableau AI
• Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
• Google Analytics AI capabilities
• H2O.ai

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role
• Experience working with customer data and customer experience metrics is a plus
