Role Overview
IBCM is hiring a knowledgeable and engaging Project Management Tutor to deliver high-quality training to international professional trainees. This role is ideal for an experienced educator or industry professional who can provide practical, real-world project management guidance in a clear and accessible way.

You will deliver structured sessions covering:

  • Project life cycles and methodologies
  • Planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Risk management and quality assurance
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Practical tools, case studies, and applied project scenarios

Training will be tailored to trainees from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, requiring adaptability in content and teaching style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Project Management training to international professional trainees
  • Use real-world examples, case studies, and practical exercises to support learning
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse trainee needs
  • Provide clear explanations, structured materials, and ongoing support
  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional experience

Essential Requirements

  • Strong background in Project Management (industry, consultancy, or academic)
  • Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating adult/professional trainees
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident delivering content online, onsite, or both

Desirable

  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, adult education qualification)
  • Experience working with international professional trainees
  • Knowledge of common PM frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, etc.)
