Oracle Retail Business Analyst – Oracle Retail (RPM / SIM)

Location: Reading or Dublin

Contract: Initial 6 Months

Day Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Inside IR35)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Oracle Retail expertise - specifically Pricing (RPM) and/or Inventory Management (SIM) - to help shape the future of our Core Retail technology landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse retail business processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.
• Produce high‑quality functional documentation, process flows, and solution outlines.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions meet true business needs.
• Work across Technology, business teams, and suppliers to shape end‑to‑end retail solutions.
• Support delivery across multiple initiatives, including testing and business readiness.
• Act as an SME for Oracle Retail capabilities and mentor junior BAs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in retail or finance‑driven environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Retail RPM and/or SIM.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with integrations, data flows, and multi‑system testing.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders, third parties, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
