Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity Operations - £540 per day - 6 month contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for Cybersecurity? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Sheffield, driving the evolution of our global security estate

In this role, you will be at the heart of our Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence function. You will work directly with the Head of Programme Delivery to shape the Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensure our systems are equipped to detect and repel global threats

The Role

You will be responsible for translating complex strategic objectives into tangible technical solutions This involves:

• Leading the definition of the Operations TOM and clear business outcomes.
• Driving the delivery of complex, front-to-back functional changes and system enhancements
• Managing requirements and quality assurance across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Co-ordinating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality system solutions.

Major Requirements:

To be successful in this high-impact position, you should possess:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Business or Solution Analyst, specifically within complex, large-scale organisations
• Strategy & Design: Proven experience in producing Target Operating Models and defining IT strategies.
• Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile environments (ideally Scrum or SAFe), including writing Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Test scenarios11.
• Technical Tooling: High level of competency with JIRA/Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain strong relations with business leaders and navigate fast-paced, changing priorities
