Lead PHP Developer at Crosstide, Derby/Remote, 5 Months initial, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Lead PHP Developer to join our engineering team (Outside IR35). You will be responsible for leading development, defining technical standards, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise in PHP, hands-on leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• Deep PHP expertise, including experience with Laravel
• Strong Cloud & DevOps experience
• Experience modernising or maintaining complex platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior and mid-level developers.

Contract Details:

• Derby 1/2 days a week
