Contract Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager on a contract basis (INSIDE IR35) to join the client team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role combines strong project governance, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Skills

  • 10+ years of project management experience with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce or CRM implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integration concepts.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, sprint ceremonies, UAT planning, and cross-team coordination.
  • Translate business needs into clear project deliverables, ensuring solutions align with platform governance and best practices.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests with proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Admins, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and Salesforce governance standards.
  • Oversee vendor/contractor management, ensuring accountability and alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, identify blockers, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and assess impacts on ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana) and strong documentation skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master preferred; Salesforce Admin or BA certification a plus.
