We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Leader to drive service excellence across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong ITIL/ITSM expertise, cloud operations experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in IT Operations with leadership experience

• Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, SLAs)

• Hands-on cloud operations experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management

• Proven ability to lead teams, optimise processes, and improve service delivery
