Our training is hands-on and interactive. We help professionals use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot in their day-to-day work without needing a technical background.

Demand for this work is growing quickly into 2026, and we are expanding our network of trainers who want to be part of shaping how AI is used inside companies.

Role Description

This role is for high-energy AI enthusiasts who enjoy being in front of people and guiding conversations. You will be facilitating sessions, running live training, and helping teams rethink how they work with AI.

You will work with companies that are actively trying to adopt generative AI in a thoughtful and practical way. Your job is to help them move forward with clarity, confidence and making concepts relateable!

What You Will Be Doing

Your work may include:

• Facilitating workshops, online training sessions, and hackathons
• Leading discussions based on real business challenges
• Demonstrating generative AI tools live and adapting to the room
• Customising sessions based on industry context and team maturity
• Working with MindShift AI to improve training content and formats

Every engagement is different, but the goal is always the same. Help people use AI in a way that actually improves how they work.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Strong expertise and experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Co-pilot in a enterprise setting
• Prior experience delivering and facilitation training/workshops
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for delivering training and conducting workshops
• High energy and genuine enthusiasm for AI
• Ability to explain complex concepts using storytelling

Nice to have:

• Experience in instructional design, teaching, or corporate training methodologies
• Knowledge of AI concepts, including AI strategy, integration, and policy development
• Additional experience in consulting, public speaking, or project management is a plus
