Test Manager at Pixelcode Technologies Limited, Remote, 6 Months, £400 per day

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager,Warwick on a contract basis (INSIDE IR35) responsible for leading the migration of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to IBM Maximo, defining EAM test strategy, governance, and end-to-end test execution from inception to cutover. Experience in managing multi-vendor hybrid onshore/offshore teams across all testing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities (10 bullet points)

• Define the overall EAM Test Strategy, Test Approach, and governance for IBM Maximo migration.
• Lead and manage test teams across System Test, SIT/E2E, UAT, NFT, and OAT.
• Oversee multi-vendor test delivery in a hybrid onshore/offshore model.
• Build, recruit, and manage test teams including Automation, DevOps-aligned, ETL/Data, and Test Environment functions.
• Manage test planning, reporting, RAID logs, and programme-level MI updates.
• Drive Agile practices including participation in PI Planning, Sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Lead defect governance and triage through to warranty closure.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure test alignment with architectural decisions.
• Manage resource planning, contractor reviews, cross-training, and financial forecasting.
• Deliver end-to-end testing for system and data migration activities, ensuring successful cutover.
