About the Contract
We’re seeking a highly proficient Meta Ads & GoHighLevel CRM Contractor for a 3-month engagement to optimize paid advertising performance and strengthen our CRM and automation systems. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who can deliver results quickly with minimal onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Primary Focus)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS)
- Build and optimize custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
- Monitor performance daily and implement rapid optimizations
GoHighLevel CRM Management
- Act as the primary GoHighLevel CRM administrator
- Build and optimize pipelines, workflows, automations, and custom fields
- Ensure clean, accurate lead and customer data
- Create dashboards and reports for pipeline and conversion tracking
Automation, Funnels & Attribution
- Build automated email/SMS workflows in GoHighLevel
- Connect Meta Ads, landing pages, and lead forms directly to the CRM
- Ensure accurate lead attribution from ad click to conversion
- Track CAC, LTV, and lead quality tied to Meta campaigns
Email Domain & Deliverability
- Configure custom email domains within GoHighLevel
- Set up DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, etc.)
- Ensure strong email deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Reporting & Communication
- Deliver weekly performance summaries and insights
- Identify issues quickly and propose solutions
- Communicate progress clearly with stakeholders
Required Experience
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with GoHighLevel CRM
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns quickly and efficiently
- Experience with funnels, attribution, and CRM automation
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
