The Role

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer engagement solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their goals, translate them into scalable solution designs, and guide delivery teams through successful implementation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with delivery who thrives in collaborative, purpose-driven environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading discovery workshops to shape solution architecture and functional design
• Translating business needs into scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions
• Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE to align with client processes
• Collaborating with developers and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
• Advising clients on best practices and maximising the value of their D365 investment
• Contributing to continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering D365 CE solutions in a solution architect role
• Deep knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and Power Platform capabilities
• Confidence leading client workshops and translating requirements into actionable designs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for purposeful work and delivering solutions that make a difference
