The Role

As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering customer engagement solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll lead from the front guiding clients through discovery, shaping functional designs, and configuring D365 CE to meet strategic goals. This is a contract opportunity for someone who thrives in delivery environments, brings deep product expertise, and enjoys collaborating with purpose-led teams.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead client-facing discovery workshops, translating business needs into functional designs that deliver value
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to reflect client goals and ways of working
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
• Provide strategic input and best practice guidance across the full project lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise their D365 investment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across the project delivery team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering D365 CE projects in a lead functional role
• Strong knowledge of CE modules across Sales, Service, Marketing
• Confident facilitator of workshops, able to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Skilled in configuration, customisation, and stakeholder engagement
• Passion for purpose-led work and creating meaningful outcomes
