As a Digital Learning Specialist at Aspire 2Be, you will be at the forefront of transforming learning experiences through innovative digital learning solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge digital learning solutions that enhance the overall learning experience for our customers.

This role involves collaborating with educators to create engaging and effective digital content, utilising the latest technologies to facilitate learning and development. The specialist is also responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of digital programs and making data-driven decisions to ensure the continuous improvement of our programmes and content.

We are offering a range of opportunities to join our expanding trainer network, ranging from full time, part time, fixed term contracts, or on a contractor basis.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Deliver exceptional digital learning experiences for our customers.

● Deliver a range of in person digital skills training programmes to customers of varying confidence/competence.

● Deliver high-quality digital skills training across multiple platforms and disciplines.

● Design and develop interactive learning content using modern digital tools and methodologies.

● Support learners in achieving technical certifications and digital competencies.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure programme quality and relevance.

● Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning delivery.

● Provide guidance and mentoring to learners, ensuring positive outcomes and progression.

● Stay abreast of emerging trends in e-learning and educational technology, recommending enhancements to current practices.

Essential Criteria

● Occupational competence in the education/learning and development and/or skills sector

● Strong digital competence and experience delivering digital skills training.

● Excellent knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and pedagogical approaches.

● Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt delivery to different contexts.

● · Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance (A copy of your insurance will be requested upon offer)

Desirable Criteria

● Experience delivering Skills Bootcamps and programmes funded through Adult Skills Funding.

● Knowledge of technical disciplines such as:

o Cloud computing

o Cyber security

o Software development

o AI / Machine Learning

o Data Science/Engineering

● Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status or equivalent.

● TAQA or IQA qualifications.

● Experience in curriculum development and assessment for digital programmes.

● EWC registered

● Certifications in relevant areas e.g. Certified Trainer Status (Google/Microsoft/Apple)
