Job description:  

Martech Architect with deep hands-on expertise across the entire front-office technology stack, capable of orchestrating complex digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM), content operations, and omni-channel experience platforms at scale for global multi brand clients.

  1. 10+ years of proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end MarTech architectures for multi-brand portfolios, ensuring scalability, brand independence and operational efficiency across the multiple brands simultaneously
  2. Orchestrate complex integration patterns between DAM, PIM, CMS, content studios and experience platforms including the design of API strategies, data synchronisation protocols and content workflow orchestration
  3. Architect omnichannel content supply chains from asset creation through localization, adaptation and distribution across web, mobile, social, retail, and emerging channels
  4. Define governance frameworks for multi-brand asset management, metadata taxonomies, brand compliance, and content reusability across global markets
  5. Support the front office technology transformation program including platform selection, vendor evaluation, proof-of-concept development and full scale implementation roadmaps
  6. Collaborate with brand marketing, IT, and agency partners to translate business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring alignment between creative workflows and technology capabilities

 

Required technical expertise in

Digital Asset Management (DAM):

  • Experience in Sitecore architecture, taxonomy design, asset workflow configuration, API integration, and multi-brand governance models
  • Metadata schema design for multi-dimensional taxonomies (brand, market, campaign, rights management, product attributes)
  • Integration patterns for DAM-to-CMS, DAM-to-social, and DAM-to-retail media platforms

Product Information Management (PIM)

  • Stibo Systems (STEP) architecture and implementation
  • Deep understanding of product data modelling, hierarchies, classification systems, and attribute management
  • Golden record strategies, data quality frameworks, and syndication patterns to eCommerce, retailers and distributors

Content Production & Localization Platforms

  • Experience different platforms used for creative automation, dynamic content generation for generative AI-powered content adaptation and localisation
  • Smart Creative Studio solutions for template-based marketing asset production
  • Understanding of creative workflow automation, brand template management and multi-market content versioning

Product Visualisation & 3D Commerce

  • Experience with solutions like GRIP for product twin creation, 3D visualization, and AR/VR commerce experiences
  • Asset pipeline management for product visualisation etc.
  • Integration of product twins with PIM data for dynamic rendering based on SKU attributes

Content Management & Experience Platforms

  • Headless CMS architecture (Contentful) for omnichannel content delivery
  • Sitecore XP/XM, or similar enterprise web CMS platforms
  • Composable commerce patterns (commercetools, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) integration with content systems
  • Frontend framework integration (React, Next.js, Vue) for content-driven experiences
  • Microservices architecture patterns for decoupled MarTech ecosystems

Data & Analytics

  • Experience with CDP solution integration with content personalisation
  • Marketing analytics stack integration (Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake)
  • Tag management and consent management (Google Tag Manager, OneTrust, etc.)
  • Attribution modelling across content touchpoints
