Axiologik is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join them working on one of their biggest projects to date!

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role focuses on application architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture, driving best practices and enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will provide leadership to guide technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and run governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: 

Leadership & Governance: 

• Lead and mentor architects and development teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. 
• Drive architectural decisions across applications, integrations, and data flows, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
• Run architecture governance forums, ensuring designs adhere to standards, principles, and compliance requirements. 

Application Architecture: 

• Define and design application architectures that support modularity, scalability, and maintainability. 
• Ensure solutions align with functional requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. 

Integration Architecture: 

• Architect integration patterns and API strategies to enable interoperability across platforms. 
• Champion best practices for secure, efficient, and reusable integration components. 

Data Architecture: 

• Design data models and flows that support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs. 
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all solutions. 

Solution Delivery: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver workflow-driven systems and automated processes. 
• Develop clear documentation for designs, standards, and troubleshooting guides.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with leadership responsibilities. 
• Strong expertise in application architecture, integration patterns, and data modelling. 
• Experience running architecture governance processes. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Ability to influence and drive architectural decisions in complex environments.
