We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester (Contract - Warwick / Hybrid) with strong expertise in IBM Maximo to evaluate system performance, scalability, and reliability across enterprise environments. The successful candidate will design and execute performance testing strategies, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal Maximo system performance under load. The position requires SC clearance

Skills :-

• Plan, design, and execute performance, load, and stress tests for IBM Maximo (v7.6 or MAS 8/9).
• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Analyze performance results and identify system bottlenecks or optimization areas.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams for performance tuning.
• Monitor and evaluate system metrics (CPU, memory, database, and network utilization).
• Define and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across Maximo modules, integrations, and APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis for performance issues and propose improvements.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing.
• Prepare detailed test plans, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and testing best practices.
• Write SQL queries to validate data performance and consistency.
• Coordinate test data setup and environment configuration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations effectively to project teams.
