Hiring: Freelance ManyChat / Instagram Automation Specialist

Location: Fulham, London (one on-site session preferred)

We need someone ASAP.

About Us

The Weight Loss Guru Ltd™ is a global coaching company specialising in nutrition, eating psychology, weight loss and lifestyle transformation. All client sessions are on Zoom, and we have a strong Instagram following plus digital products (book, online course, nutrition + fitness videos).

We now want to set up a simple Instagram automated response system (ManyChat or similar).

What We Need

• Set up a basic Instagram DM automation system (ManyChat or equivalent).

• Create simple welcome messages + link or email click-through.

• Fix our current Meta / Instagram login issues.

• Make sure everything runs smoothly on two iPhones.

• A Mac computer is available on-site if needed, but ideally we want the system to work without relying on it.

• Provide a quick handover so we understand how to use it.

This is a one-off setup job, with the option for a longer-term retainer if we find that helpful.

Fee

• One-off fee based on hourly rate (as we don’t know exactly how long the tech troubleshooting will take).

• Retainer optional.

Requirements

• Experience with ManyChat or similar IG automation tools.

• Understanding of Instagram + Meta Business connections.

• Able to work on-site in Fulham for the initial setup.

• English speaker.

• Two references.
