Whitebridge is looking for an Agile Project Manager to work on an Oracle HCM implementation for our client.
Business Knowledge
- Good understanding of HR Core Business Function and Business Processes.
- Experience of working on a large Digital Transformation change programme, preferably in relation to Corporate shared services.
Experience
- Relevant Waterfall and Agile practitioner qualifications required ie PSM Scrum Master, Prince2
- Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of Third Party activities where required.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to develop counter-measures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks
- Demonstrable experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- A proven track record of delivery based on required business outcomes.
- Experience of a working in a Matrix organisation.
Functional and Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years Oracle HCM SaaS.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-business (12.2.9) on premise is preferred.
- Specific functional knowledge of following HCM Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labour
- Oracle Integration Cloud and OIC Compartment Architectures.
- HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports
- Strongly knowledge of SCRUM when working in a DevOps environment,
- MSP Proficient - Specifically MSP Professional and MSP Online
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and O365 - SharePoint
- Working Knowledge of Digital collaboration tools eg Miro, Mural
