Key Essential Skills:

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager/Senior Delivery Manager leading large, complex infrastructure or network programmes in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering global or multi-country rollouts, ideally across EMEA/APAC/AMER.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise network vendors such as Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies (eg Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco SD-WAN)
• Knowledge of data centre and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
• Clear understanding of how network changes impact applications, operational technology (OT) systems and end-user experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise Firewalls & security - Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet or similar
• Familiarity with cloud-based security services (eg Zscaler, cloud proxies, VPN, secure web gateways)

Desirable Skills

• Experience managing multiple third-party vendors, systems integrators and internal teams across Matrix structures.
• Background in change & transformation, with a strong grasp of both business and technology perspectives.
• Demonstrable experience of quality assurance and recovery/turnaround of inflight projects (health checks, gap analysis, remediation plans
• Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks alongside traditional Waterfall delivery
• Certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager is undertaking a global network device refresh across multiple regions to modernize infrastructure, improve resilience, and enhance operational performance. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide governance, planning, consultative oversight, and delivery support across the full life cycle of the programme.

The Project Manager will work closely with CI, CX, and operational teams to establish project structure, ensure alignment with governance forums, and support the re-planning and execution of project deliverables.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain appropriate project cadence, including steering committees, working groups, stand-ups, and stakeholder review forums.
• Define and implement project governance frameworks to ensure oversight, accountability, and effective decision-making.
• Create, maintain, and continuously update all required project artefacts, including RAID logs, dashboards, plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reports.
• Ensure timely communication of project progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Conduct analytical reviews of project performance to provide objective observations, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, proposing remediation activities and re-planning strategies as needed.
• Deliver quality assurance on project outputs, methods, and documentation.
• Assist operational teams in preparing implementation plans, quality checks, and process improvements to ensure successful deployment.
• Deliver PMO/Project Management consultancy services to redesign, re-plan, and execute the network device refresh programme in alignment with governance decisions and SteerCo direction.
• Ensure project alignment with global strategy, technical requirements, and change management processes.
