Job Description
Manufacturing Plant Software Support Engineer
We are looking for a Manufacturing Plant Software Support Engineer to join the CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) support team responsible for troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving software-related issues that affect production operations.
Location: Dagenham Manufacturing Plant, 5 days per week
Contract duration: 12 months
IR35 status: Inside IR35
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for software systems used within the manufacturing plant.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues impacting manufacturing operations.
Work closely with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Escalate complex issues where required and support follow-through to resolution.
