Overview
Seeking a skilled and proactive Opsview Support Engineer. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing ITRS Opsview environments for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system administration and proven experience in scripting for plugin development (Bash, Perl, or Python).
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for ITRS Opsview monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring alerts, configuration issues, and performance problems.
Develop and maintain custom monitoring plugins and scripts (Bash, Perl, Python).
Work closely with customer teams to implement monitoring requirements and best practices.
Manage and optimize Opsview configurations, templates, and service checks.
Perform routine system administration tasks (patching, upgrades, access management).
