Provide 1st and 2nd line End User IT support in the UK working closely with both UK and NL based IT teams:Serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Diagnose and repair laptops and PCs, software, printers and peripherals Hardware refresh program:Retrieve asset from stock, assign to specific user Image asset, configure for specific user Ensure applications and data is migrated Deliver asset with peripherals Follow up with end user to obtain sign off End User new hire IT equipment deployment:Retrieve asset from stock, assign to specific user Image asset, configure for specific user Deliver asset with peripherals Follow up with end user to obtain sign off Asset lifecycle maintenance:Reimage returned assets, update asset record. Retire devices to e-waste, update asset record. Low complexity, defined task completion (eg.
