The opportunity
As the Salesforce Admin you will work closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead and Lead Architect to help with the development and configuration of Salesforce platform and performing the day-to-day operations to maintain the platform by partnering with people across the business and broader IT team to deliver customer value through the extension of CRM services.
Key responsibilities
Integral part of the Run/Ops team of Salesforce to help with BAU requests and maintain the Salesforce Platform
Own the Salesforce tickets/incidents raised by the end customers and help with the build/resolution
Work closely with the technical lead and architect to build enhancements on the existing Salesforce platform
