Job Introduction Main Responsibilities The Technical Architect (Salesforce) is accountable for the end-to-end technical integrity of the Salesforce platform across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud. Working closely with the other architects, the role sets and enforces the technical direction for delivery teams — governing solution design, development standards, platform security, and DevOps practices. The role serves as the primary technical authority within the delivery organisation: making high-consequence design decisions, resolving complex platform challenges, and ensuring that custom development and integrations are fit for purpose in a regulated banking environment. Required Core Skills: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 10+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX. At least 4-5 End-to-End implementation experience D365 FO/FSCM/AX including integrations with externals applications.
