Purpose of Role
To be the credible voice of the business, voice of the customer, backlog owner, and strategic priority owner and facilitator for the CRM & ERP product development. To steer & prioritise product development through focus on internal customer & organisational value, and to be the respected and valued servant leader to BPOs and Change Champions.
