CRM Application Developer - £400/day via Umbrella (Inside IR35) - 6 Month Contract - Remote - SCC Flex Contract
We are looking for an experienced CRM Application Developer to join a team supporting and enhancing a highly customised CRM platform used within large-scale contact centre operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CRM Application Developer who enjoys both software development and live service support in a complex enterprise environment.
Your responsibilities as the CRM Application Developer:
Develop, test and deploy enhancements using C#, VB.NET, WinForms and WPF.
Support desktop applications, Windows Services and IIS-hosted web services.
Troubleshoot application, integration and data-flow issues across multiple business systems.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
Work with Oracle databases and SQL to resolve data and application issues.
