We are currently looking for an experienced and highly capable Workday Functional E2E/Process Lead to join our Workday Implementation Team in Milton Keynes.   This is an interim/Contract role and you will be required to be on site for the duration of the project with some flexibility to do the role on a hybrid basis.   You will play a pivotal role in shaping, coordinating, and validating end‑to‑end business processes across the programme. You will bring strong process design expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a structured approach to ensuring alignment, integration, and consistency across Workday functional areas.   Ideally, you will also have previous experience leading cross‑functional design workshops, collaborating with implementation partners, and overseeing process governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
