Whitebridge is looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the application and service migration to a new platform for our utilities client. Experienced required: Experience across a broad range of IT services and disciplines, with emphasis on cloud services and familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL standards Experience with the ServiceNow toolset and/or CSDM Modelling is desirable. Previous experience in service delivery management or support roles, particularly supporting business-critical cloud systems in medium/large organisations.
