As a QA Tester, your main responsibilities will be:
Support a team in developing and testing service functions
Develop and implement new processes
Bolster the operational management team in developing and improving the live service by creating visibility, communication channels and lines of escalation for 'the' live service (issues, incidents, MI, risks, comms)
To support in the creation and testing of agile development of cross cutting processes like incident management, change management, comms.
