Contract Business Analyst
We’re looking for a contract Business Analyst to join our Technology team within Connells Group for an exciting Telephony transformation project for an initial 5-month contract (Outside IR35).
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with 1 or 2 days per week in our Milton Keynes office and/or Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & Delivery Management: Act as the primary functional liaison between Connells Group and our 3rd party software supplier. You will challenge vendor estimates, clarify requirements before they reach development, and ensure "out-of-the-box" functionality is maximized to avoid unnecessary customization.
Process Re-engineering: Map complex "As-Is" operational workflows and design efficient "To-Be" processes.
