Candidate's required experience Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a ServiceNow re-platforming project. Proven experience of implementing ITOM and asset discovery Out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow implementations Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports. The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for will be remote/home-based, with occasional office visits and will be umbrella based working.
