About Us
We operate a fast-scaling, multi-region service-based business where Google Ads is mission-critical .
We are not looking for a junior, course-trained PPC manager. We need someone who can take full ownership of:
Google Ads performance
Conversion tracking accuracy
Go High Level CRM setup and optimisation
If you need step-by-step instructions or have only managed small accounts — this role is not for you .
The Role
You will take over a live, high-spend Google Ads account and an existing Go High Level (GHL) CRM , with responsibility for:
Google Ads
Full account audit & restructuring where required
Keyword strategy, match types & negative keyword control
Budget & bid optimisation for lead generation
Ongoing optimisation based on real data, not guesswork
Tracking & Attribution
Fixing & verifying Google Ads + GA4 conversions
Call tracking, form tracking & lead...
