Whitebridge is looking for an experienced Project Planner to support the scheduling of a IT infrastructure upgrade.
Candidate's required experience
Proven experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler within IT transformation or migration programmes.
Strong proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Project Online, or Primavera P6.
Understanding of IT migration phases (discovery, build, test, cutover, hypercare).
Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in complex environments.
Desirable
Experience in IT hardware and software upgrades or roll outs
Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, and change management processes.
