Senior Software Engineer - Outside IR35 - Contract
Softwire are hiring a Senior Software Engineer on a contract basis to join an established team working on an exciting project within the Media sector.
What you'll be doing:
Working 100% remotely as part of an established, distributed development team
Owning your code end-to-end — designing, developing, and testing to release-candidate quality Scoping work and creating well-structured Jira tickets
Carrying out code reviews and testing your own and others' code
Contributing to estimation and sprint planning
Producing clear technical documentation (Confluence experience a plus)
Engaging daily with clients on calls — friendly, consultative, and collaborative
Actively participating in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, and more)
Supporting and lifting up your wider team
