Job Purpose:
Working within the Single Customer View project team, you'll support Innovate UK Business Growth by improving data quality, streamlining Salesforce CRM structures, improving guidance and supporting the reporting and data insight needs of the team. You'll work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Delivery Operations Lead to ensure data is accurate, consistent and ready for use.
As a Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
Resolve data quality issues, including deduplication, correction of inaccurate data and consolidation of records.
Support improvements to the Salesforce CRM interface, including reorganising Objects, removing unused fields and strengthening validation rules.
Improve data collection processes, guidance and monitoring to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the creation of new reporting templates, processes and requirements.
