We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our multidisciplinary digital delivery team. You'll play a key role in our re-platforming programme, ensuring our public-facing digital services are designed around genuine user needs. You'll plan and carry out high-quality user research to generate actionable insights that shape both the front-end experience and back-end design.
As a Senior User Researcher your main responsibilities will be to:
Plan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in line with GDS standards.
Communicate user insights effectively to designers, developers, product and policy colleagues to inform decision-making.
Contribute to and support usability testing, prototyping, and iterative design.
Work closely with interaction designers, content designers, product managers, and developers in agile, cross-functional teams.
