Desired Experience
Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), with strong understanding of access governance, lifecycle management, identity profiles, rules, policies, and integration patterns.
Background in Product Ownership or Service Management, ideally having evolved from business-facing or delivery roles such as Business Analyst or Solution Architect.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—balancing security, compliance, operational, and business priorities to drive consensus and alignment.
Experience prioritising and managing a product backlog, shaping the SailPoint roadmap, and ensuring that enhancements and new capabilities are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards.
