Job Description: Business Analyst (Health Evolution Programme) Rate - £500-525p/d inside IR35 Location - Sheffield Role Overview The Business Analyst will play a key role in Aviva’s Health Evolution programme—an enterprise-wide initiative to re‑platform the Health technology stack. The programme aims to move away from ageing, highly customised mainframe-based systems toward a modern, scalable architecture centred on Salesforce as the primary system of engagement, supported by microservices and targeted data integrations. This role focuses on understanding current operational processes, systems usage, and data flows across Health teams, ensuring the programme delivers incremental, realistic solutions rather than attempting a full end‑state rebuild from day one.
