Job Introduction Main Responsibilities As the Salesforce Architect this role will work closely with the Salesforce Lead Architect to help set the strategic direction and be accountable and lead the design, development and day to day operations of the CRM platform(Salesforce and Other customer platforms) by partnering with senior stakeholders across the business identifying opportunities to deliver business and customer value through the extension of CRM services.
Responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.
Own the architecture of the end-to-end solution.
Lead and mentor the development team in designing solutions for our strategic programmes.
Completion of solution architecture documents and artefacts in line with organisation standards.
Enforce best practices, development standards and ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
