Role Overview You will deliver a blend of practical and theoretical training aligned to CompTIA certifications (such as ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent, depending on programme requirements). Teaching areas will include IT hardware and software fundamentals, operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, cybersecurity principles, troubleshooting methodologies, incident and problem management, customer support, and professional behaviours.
