Intelance helps organisations make practical decisions about technology, costs and change. We are looking for a freelance Technology Cost Analyst to build clear, evidence based views of technology spending for client assessments. You will work with finance, technology leaders and architects to compare team costs, supplier costs and future options. Assignments may involve around seven days spread across the evidence review and recommendations stages. Scope and days are agreed for each assignment. Primarily remote within the UK. Tasks Collect and reconcile technology team, supplier, licensing and hosting costs. Make cost definitions consistent so comparisons are fair. Compare internal delivery with supplier options, including transition costs. Build first year cost estimates for proposed changes with the architects.
