Whitebridge is looking for an Test Manager to join a ServiceNow implementation programme for our client. Essential experience required: ServiceNow implementation programmes - overseeing SIT, UAT, OAT and PEN testing Strong Stakeholder Management End to End Test Manager Experience including UAT Understanding of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery life cycles Risk Management and understanding of Risk Based Testing The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will be mostly remote, with up to two days per month in the office. The role will be umbrella based working. 

Whitebridge is looking for a Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and business change initiatives, focusing on Service Management tools and processes. Essential experience required : Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in agile and hybrid environments. Strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change projects. Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM), ITIL, and SIAM frameworks. Experience managing project financials, including capex/opex structures and cost tracking. Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms. Practitioner-level qualifications in project or programme management (eg, Agile, PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
