As a Business Analyst, you will lead small-to-medium projects while providing critical support for our most complex, large-scale initiatives. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and isn 't afraid to dive into a challenge.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment across the business, working closely with developers to iterate working solutions. They will be able to manage their own workload with a high degree of independence with a good insight of their own expertise and capabilities. You will be expected to share best practices in order to advance the BA community.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and solid capabilities in data analysis and process mapping. They will be comfortable using insights to influence decisions around prioritisation and defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to ensure maximum value is delivered.
