Whitebridge is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead - to manage a TUPE process related to managed IT services Experience required 8+ years of IT delivery experience, ideally with service transition or outsource backgrounds. Experience in managing the transitions including People transfer between supplier and retained organisation Understanding of TUPE laws, processes to be able to engage with stakeholders during transition Experience of organisational change management and transformation Experience of people transfer (insource/outsource) Experience of working with HR functions Experience of project management delivery and reporting The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP.
