The Department for Education is looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to lead and evolve the analytics capability for a key digital service that supports overseas trained teachers applying for QTS. This is a high impact role where your insights will shape policy, improve user experiences and support delivery teams to become more data driven.   The role You'll take ownership of performance measurement across the AQTS service, ensuring data is accurate, meaningful and actionable.
