As a  IT Service Manager , your main responsibilities will be: Work closely with business specialists/service designers to translate business requirements and user needs into new services / products or enhancements to existing services and user experience Create and manage service / product backlogs, prioritising effectively in conjunction with key stakeholders against a wide range of factors, whilst actively leading supplier delivery Agree and manage user story sign off, including prioritisation for sprint planning.
