Role requirements:
Business Knowledge
Good understanding of HR Core Business Function and Business Processes.
Experience of working on a large Digital Transformation change programme, preferably in relation to Corporate shared services.
Experience
Relevant Waterfall practitioner qualifications required ie Prince2
Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of SI implementation activities.
Experience in using Azure DevOps.
Ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks
Demonstrable experience of Waterfall methodologies.
8+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager.
