Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in trading systems, ideally Energy/ETRM. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods. Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains. Document AS-IS and TO-BE states, including system architecture, data flows and integration points.
